In collaboration with Staay, rootball lettuce is grown under the label Deliscious all year round. The seeds can germinate in a closed growing system with LED-lit climatic chambers (vertical farming). They can then grow into a good head of lettuce in the greenhouse in a fully automated channel system with a layer of water (hydroponic cultivation). In 2013, we introduced the &#8220;Salatrio&#8221; special mixed rootball lettuce under the Deliscious label.
