Staay Food Group launches its own brand identity for its 3 exclusive pear club varieties. The successful Dazzling Gold<\/a>, Early Desire<\/a> and Red Conference<\/a> will now step ‘Deliciously Dressed’ into the world. The club varieties come together under this umbrella identity, with the variety names adopted as brand names.<\/p>\n

Wonderful harvest
\n<\/strong>Matching the new look, this season’s harvest is of excellent quality. Size and colouring as well as fruit quality and volume are of a high standard, thanks to good growing conditions and plenty of sunshine hours. Red Conference<\/a> and Early Desire<\/a> have already been picked; Dazzling Gold<\/a> will be harvested in October. Current expectations for this peer are also excellent.<\/p>\n

Growth in acreage and volume
\n<\/strong>The development of this trio of club varieties has been excellent in recent years. The pears are now sold to retail, foodservice and wholesale companies in more than 25 European countries. Their biggest markets are the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Hungary and the UK. In recent years, the acreage has also grown steadily, and plantings are increasingly in production. For example, the acreage of Red Conference<\/a> has now grown to about 40 hectares. The exclusive club model allows Staay Food Group to continuously balance supply and demand for these pears. In response to market interest, Staay Food Group aims to further expand this acreage.<\/p>\n

Fruit Attraction and other fairs
\n<\/strong> The new brand identity will be presented at the Staay Food Group stand in Hall 6 of Fruit Attraction, the international fruit and vegetable trade fair in Madrid. Under our ‘Deliciously Dressed theme’, the Red<\/a> Conference will take centre stage in Madrid: ‘Deliciously dressed in red!’. Club pears will also show themselves at their best at the upcoming Fruitteeltbeurs in Houten, the Netherlands, and at Fruit Logistica in Berlin.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Staay Food Group launches its own brand identity for its 3 exclusive pear club varieties.
