En famille, nous avons choisi de poursuivre l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 avec une nouvelle direction qui est en place depuis environ un an. La fa\u00e7on dont les choses se d\u00e9roulent actuellement est agr\u00e9able pour toute la famille.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quels sont les principaux d\u00e9fis auxquels votre entreprise est confront\u00e9e ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dammis : \u00ab&nbsp;L&rsquo;augmentation des co\u00fbts est aggrav\u00e9e par la pression r\u00e9glementaire. C&rsquo;est un d\u00e9fi \u00e9norme&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Matthijs : \u00ab&nbsp;La disponibilit\u00e9 des produits (changement climatique !) et le manque de personnel jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important. Apr\u00e8s la crise du coronavirus, la p\u00e9nurie \u00e9tait vraiment probl\u00e9matique, mais nous sommes maintenant revenus \u00e0 un bon niveau. Toutefois, certains postes sont encore difficiles \u00e0 pourvoir.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Que ferez-vous diff\u00e9remment en 2024 ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Matthijs : \u00ab&nbsp;Nous sommes satisfaits de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e. En 2024, nous allons poursuivre dans la m\u00eame lign\u00e9e.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qui devrions-nous vraiment interviewer dans Primeur cette ann\u00e9e ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quelqu&rsquo;un du monde politique de La Haye.
