Oranges, lemons and mandarins are the most well-known citrus products and are also traded in the largest volumes. Staay-Hispa offers a wide range of citrus fruit from various parts of the world all year long.

We endeavour to ensure food safety, quality and sustainability through partnerships and long-term cooperation with our suppliers all around the world. This collaboration in the supply chain leads to transparency and flexibility throughout the chain. And this also means that we can meet the specific wishes of our customers quickly and efficiently.

In addition to the usual cultivation with at least Global G.A.P. certification, we also supply citrus fruit with the Fair Trade certificate from various countries; on the one hand to highlight the suppliers' ethical and social efforts, and on the other hand, to meet the growing demand for Fair Trade produce.

With the purpose to increase sustainability, in 2015 we established a special desk for the processing industry. This is fresh citrus fruit, mainly oranges and grapefruit, which based on appearance doesn’t meet  the retail standards and is supplied in bins. In this way, together with our producers, partners and customers, we strive towards zero waste of fresh harvest.
